USB not recognising RAX50

SEAGATE NTFS formated 4TB drive not being recognised. Works connected to PC. Please help.
From the manual it says it should work:
The router supports the following file system types for full read/write access:
• FAT16
• FAT32
• NTFS
• NTFS with compression format enabled
• Ext2
• Ext3
• Ext4
• HFS
• HFS+

To add to the problem, seems like NO USB is seen by RAX50. Tried a 8GB flash drive, 32GB, 2TB WD
