USB ReadyShare Disconnects

My RAX20 has had a ReadyShare SSD drive connected to it for a long time.  Recently, the USB LED on the RAX20 would go out and Windows cannot connect to the mapped drive.  I can resolve it either by a RAX20 reboot OR unplugging the USB and reconnecting it.  My Firmware is the most current.

Windows displays the message Microsoft Windows Network: the local device name is already in use.

When it's working, I see the info (attached) in the configuration.  How can I resolve this issue?
