User networks (2.4 and 5G) disappeared on Nighthawk CAX80 Cable Modem.

Hello everybody.

 

This situation totally sucks. I have tried to restore them but they really appear to be gone. I have really wanted to avoid a factory reset - Is that going to be my only option? (I guess I could melt the thing in my microwave - what do you think?)

 

Thanks for any advice you may be able to offer...

    Check to see if the Wi-Fi on/off button on the front panel was accidentally turned off.  See attached.

     

    If the radios have been turned off, a firmware default (factory) reset would not have turned them back on.
