UTP Connection Timeout
I have an end user who is using a RAX50v2. They are having calls with their SIP phone disconnect after 5 minutes or so. Spoke to our phone company and they first had us verify SIP/ALG was disabled,...
There isn't.
What modem/gateway is the router connected to?
What actual phone is it?
I'm not sure on the modem, I do know the ISP is OmniTel Communications.
The phone is a Yealink T46S, the phone company is Momentum Telecom.
MIght find out what their home gateway/ont is. That can be causing issues too.
Do they have ipv6 enabled?
Also, they can try setting the phone with a reserved IP address in the router and then setting that address in the netgears DMZ
The modem is a Cyberlink, I do not have the model.
IPv6 is disabled on the router.
I'll talk to the phone company today about using the DMZ.

That could be essential. Hard to diagnose without complete details.
There is usually a label on the modem with that information.
