validation error

Hi, I have a Netgear Nighthawk AXA4 wireless router.

I was wanting to change the password on the router and forgot which email I had my account set up with.  I inadvertantly signed up another email adress with this same acount. I kept getting a vaildation error via my phone app.  I tried re-signing in with my correct account, folloowing all protocol by re- setting my router.  I've uninstalled and re-installed my phone app.  I keep getting a validation error.  How do I remove completely the one email account and rest my correct email account and phone app?  Haven't had wifi in days

    The password on the router rarely depends on an email address.

     

    If you visit the support pages:

    Support | NETGEAR

    you can feed in your model number and find the documentation for your hardware.

    Check the section Change the admin password.

    Maybe that's not the password you mean, if so, tell us more.
