No Netgear consumer devices come with any kind of VLAN support on the LAN side.
The config you are referring is for bridging an ISP Internet connection which can be tagged e.g. for the Internet IP side, or for some exceptions an IPTV VLAN on the WAN side, which can be bridged to one or some selected LAN ports to connect an IPTV Set--top box, alternately to a selected Wi-Fi adapter (==interface).
These features are intended for a specific usage only, in no aspect to define a Multi VLAN config for the LAN side.

Only for the case your ISP does require tagging for the internet connection, or for the special case where IPTV is offered on a dedicated VLAN. Like I said, these are not generally available as universal VLAN support. Nothing for your security appliance....
