From wally brain, both the RAX120 and the RAX200 come with 512 MiB Flash and 1 GiB DRAM.
Thanks for the quick reply but why this information it's not listed on the spec sheets?
Well, I'm not Netgear. These are embeded systems coming with a firmware with a clean (basic) set of features, and the hangout feature is WiFi 6. These units don't sell based the embedded processor number of cores, clock, DRAM, or Flash. So why bother?
