What outdoor Wi-Fi extender
What device should I install to improve my WiFi signal to the outdoor pool equipment area?
I am wanting a device which I can mount on the exterior of the house and I have no problem with running a cable to it. Any suggestions? What is the difference between an access point and Wi-Fi extender?
The outdoor access point is hardwired in via ethernet. Tends to have higher throughput than an extender.
the wireless extender is just that. It picks up and rebroadcasts the wireless.
