What speed should I expect?

Just hooked up new AX2400 WiFi Router (RAX29) router. What speed should I expect coming out of this router if I have 1 Gig going into it?

Should see near 900Mbs or just over with ethernet speeds. WIreless, depending on devices support, 2x2 MIMO devices will tend to max out at round 500-700Mpbs.

What wireless device are you testing on?
Thats the key as different devices are going to give you different speeds.

Do expect the speeds to drop of quickly with distance/obstruction/interference.

Wifi speeds are witchcraft, with too many variables to do more than guess.

It might be worth a bit of background reading.
