Check out the other community threads for the RAX120 or RAX80.
There are many users reporting the same issues.
You can disable SmartConnect, disable AX, BeamForming, QoS & the reboot might correct the problem for a short time but the same issue will come back.

They told me to set CTS/Rts to 2303. Did so and waiting for the next reboot.- GabboCHNov 26, 2019ApprenticeI'm 100% sure these issues are firmware related but I current have 0% confidence they are being resolved.
