Wi fi wont connect on setup

You say wifi won't connect.

Did you set it up?

do devices that are hardwired into the router work?

Have you tried logging into the router to change/setup the wifi ssid/password?

Is it all devices or just one?

"All of my lights are green except for the one that I believe is wifi and it is amber colored what do I do."

You "believe its wifi" and its amber? here's the link to the support site with firmware, troubleshooting, and a manual that walks you through the led's and what it means for color/blinking.  I'd take a look through it so we can better understand what light it is and the issues.
