Wifi 5/6
Hi. I am having 500Mbit/s but only getting 220Mbit/s. I've tried with diffrient mobile phones and laptops but still same issue. Please how to fix this?
1. what modem/gateway are you connected to?
2. what firmware is on the router?
3. what wired speed do you get from the router?
4. what device are you testing with? (specifics, this is key)
5. what site/app are you testing with?
6. are you testing over 2.4ghz or 5ghz?
7. do you have access control, parental controls, qos, or traffic monitoring enabled? If so, try disabling and rebooting the phone?
8. is ipv6 enabled? if not, enable it, then reboot, and then retest.
