Wifi 6 Ax1800 - Force devices to be on 5GHz

Does anyone know of a way to force a device to be on 5GHZ without separating into two? It seems like my xbox is always defaulting to 2.4GHz and I want to force it to be 5GHz.

    Put the Xbox nearer to the router?

     

    It is in charge of the Wi-Fi connection.
