Wifi 6 is not working

Hi all,   I have RAX40 router with WIFI 6 i have WIIF 6 wifi card. I conncted to my router but i dont have network using wifi 6 and unable ping to ther router.   If i change the protocol to WFI ...

Which wifi 6 card is it? 

Reason i ask is many manufacturer's card were having issues seeing wifi 6 when they were first released. check with wifi 6 card it is. then go directly to that device manufacturer's website and find the driver for it. Install that driver. 

So if you have a sony laptop with an intel chip in it, get the driver directly from intel. don't use windows update or the sony website.

    My network card in Intel wifi 6 ax 200 160MHZ

    i install the lates driver

    and the computer can connect to WIFI 6 protocol but unable to connect to internet

    any idea?
