Wifi 6e SSID works in Canada but not in USA (RAXE500)
Hello, I bought a RAXE500 in Canada which I've used and everything works fine but once I went back to the United States, the Wifi 6E SSID is no longer visible and can no longer connect to it. Although 2ghz and 5ghz works fine in the USA. Ive noticed that in the settings of the router the region is tied to Canada and can't be changed. Is there anything I can do? I bought this router mainly for the wifi 6E and I can't no longer return the item from the Best Buy I bought it from. Am I out of luck?

Hmmm interesting, seems odd that since were in the same region that would happend but who knows what NG does for actual in country and cross country support. Possible they put a specific SKU on Canada units.
I presume you tried a factory reset on the router and setup from scratch using a web browser to set it up while the router is OFF line from the ISP modem?
Is your PC set for Canada or USA country?
What firmware are you on?
What device are you testing the 6ghz on?
Like FURRYe38 says, the broadcast restrictions for canada is pretty much the same so it shouldn't matter us/canada.
So I'm more curious about the device you're testing it on
