wifi backhaul congestion

I have a new Nighthawk AX6 6-stream AX5200 Wifi 6 router (unable to put the model number in for some reason). When my husband tried to use his cell phone (over wifi) he got a message saying there was wifi backhaul congestion.  Any thoughts about this?
