- HoweverYouWantOct 16, 2024AspirantI have the RAX29 model router. I’m having issues with low WiFi speeds and spectrum said that it looked like I was getting good speeds on their end. I’m connecting my phone, a tv, my Xbox, kindle and laptop to the router. The firmware version is v1.0.13.102_2 and I’m not sure what the mfr and model number of the modem is or where to look for it. And I’ll look at the settings you suggested.

What speeds are you expecting to see?
Would need to test with a wired PC to check and compare speed test results.
Ask the ISP about brand and model of modem your using.
