wifi signal keeps dropping and re-appearing

The wifi signal from my router keeps dropping and re-appearing. I have all updates installed . I have tried switching off and restarting router but problem re-occurs after a few minutes. I am running macOS Catalina, again with all latest updates.

any suggestions please

    May you provide the current firmware version your router is on? Does the issue occur on all devices connected to the network?
