will orbi 6E work with nighthawk AX12 Wifi Router?

Depends, What are you using for your host router? Orbi or RAX?
Orbi has both 5 adn 6Ghz frequencies where the RAX only as 5Ghz.
If you set up the RAX as a client in bridge mode it will connect to the Orbi system, just only connect on 5Ghz.
The RAX will not integrate into the Orbi MESH system.
