Will this work with a neatgear nighthawk ax12 router?

Pretty much all of them should work. 

But if you want wireless AX (wifi 6), then netgears only 2 AX extenders are the EAX20 and EAX80.

I will say that I'm a fan of the triband extenders but there isn't currently a triband AX extender from netgear.
