You mentioned disabled WiFi on modem, is this connected to another router?
if so you and the modem as you put it is not in mipodem only/bridge mode it will create issues.
The XR1000nneeds to be the primary router so it handles all connections.
No its not connected to another router, its connected to the modem.
Does that modem have WiFi ?
- Yes , I had read somewhere in reddit when searching for a solution to try it with the modem wifi disabled.
That's a router as a pure modem does not give off WiFi. You need to turn that into a modem only as you will have double Nat issues and anything connected to that will have not been controlled by the XR1000 functions.
