wondering bout a night hawk ax3000

my model is a rax38 problem im having the electric power flickered 2 times and went out and came back on but now my nighthawk lights up all green but nothing can connect to it through wifi i thought the power fried it when it flickered i reset it and still nothing wont connect

    many just click the reset button. it needs to be pushed and hold for up to 15 seconds while the device is powered on.
