Anyone have issues getting rerouted through http://filter.meetcircle-netgear.com/?

I am trying to access a trusted site and when I do so, I get redirected through http://filter.meetcircle-netgear.com/ and am presented with the following error:

There appears to be no way to bypass this; I have no idea why I am getting redirected through meetcircle-netgear.com since my Orbi RBR850 is not supported by Circle. Any ideas what's going on? Have others seen this?

My entire parental controls experience has been a nightmare since they first introduced the functionality. Take be back to the days when I could just turn off/on access by device (MAC address). Making it easy to use just made it super easy for children to look up ways to disable parental controls, and mess up the network for everyone else.
