can not active spc after firmware update

Due to a recent rbr760 firmware update my spc stopped .Factory reset my orbi system and can not active my spc now. Tried to active through different devices same issue.

    After a recent update. Smart parental controls stopped working and I have to factory reset the device to active the smart parental service again. But it fails to start for me. My subscription is still active and I have Try to active it on different devices. Same issue. Please help.
