Cant unlock premium SPC future on RBR50
Hallo I can´t unlock the premium future of SPC (Mytime) on my RBR50 router My trial worked perfect but the trial period is closed and when i tap the unlock premium ind the android app there ...

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Have you powered OFF the ISP modem, router and your mobile device for 1 minute then back ON and see if the NH Circle app can connect to the router?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

The orbi rbr50 router is connected to provider "FASTSPEED" in Denmark with a Sagem Fast 3890V3 for coax signal
I have tryed to turn of power on the Orbi royter and the Sagem unit
I have also tryed to start from scratch
Nothing has fixet it.
Your ISP modem has a build in router and wifi. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.

Router is a sagemcom coax cable modem and router
Isp is 'fastspeed' in denmark
Sagemcom is in Bridge mode and wifi off
Orbi router rbr50 is factory reset and latest firmware installed.
Orbi has static ip assigned.
Still not working.
