CBR750 and parental controls

I'm using my CBR750 as our modem and router. Netgear says that I should be able to use the parental controls, but the tile in the Orbi app doesn't show up. The Orbi is in router mode (which I underst...

The product is out of warranty - so no luck getting any help from Netgear.
