Circle and Netgear SPC parental control

Netgear, this is not fair nor acceptable. Please find a solution ASAP

I am happy with my RBR750 wifi speed and coverage, and I tried the Smart Parental Control after and decided to buy the premium package but couldn't do it as I am in a country where SPC is not supported. Tried to use Circle 1st generated as it supports this model per their site under compatibility mode but couldn't. Circle also is acquired by Aura and the hardware is useless as it is another unnecessary cost (Orbi mesh system is already a big investment) and it reduces the internet speed per most reviews I have seen.

I don't want to use a software that requires installation on my kids devises, I need this to be done through the modem.

Now Netgear, this is not a pleasant situation for me and anybody that has my problem (I understand they are not few from the tech support) due to the following obvious reasons:

1. I don't understand why SPC is not supported in UAE, all other mesh systems are (ASUS, TP LINK, Eero, Google, Lynksys,.......) I tried two of them and they come with basic lifetime features (unlike Netgear SPC where annual fee is needed)

2. Called the support team several times, and opened case, it was waste of time, now I am left with two options, buy another mesh system that supports Parental control (for free) or use Orbi in AP mode and loose the seamless integration and suffer with uncontrolled devices. both options are not fair and not what I hoped for from Netgear.

3. Circle software didnt work with my router despite it was on the compatible list per Netgear and circle website

I need a solution now, the best would be to enable SPC in UAE and other countries, or have a deal with Aura or the like to provide such service in integration with Netgear routers.

Help please

Circle is not supported on current Orbi systems.

If SPC is not supported in your region, you'll need to find other alternatives to using parental controls that are supported in your region.

    Good Luck.
