Device usage and history not displaying in parental controls
My son's devices are set to teen and when we firtst set up the system the usage was displaying but it now shows as "0" or no history to show every day. Is this an issue on the Orbi app, or something ...

Similar issue - no history showing or limiting and now the Off Times and Time Limits are not working. The wheels are falling off this bus... Halp!

Has a full power OFF of the router for 1 minute then back ON been performed.
Is the Time setting on the router accurate and time zone correct?
