Duplicated Connected Devices

I recently bought the Orbi AX6000 system and trying to setup parental controls but the system keeps seeing my same devices as being different.

Say I connected with my iPhone and I assigned that device to myself and gave it a name. What I am noticing is that from time to time I will get a notification that a new apple device has joined my network (even though that apple device is the same that I previously assigned to myself and gave a name). The app will show the previous device as being offline and this one being added to the "home" section of the device manager.

I suspect that the iPhone is connecting under a pseudo MAC address which is resulting in this, however, this is the first system I have used that has not been able to still identify that the device is the same.

Any ideas on how to address this?
