You have joined in on an existing conversation that started two years ago, and that has been dormant for a year. This conversation may or may not have anything to do with your problem.
There is also a good chance that the official support team is busily monitoring new conversations and may miss your addition to this one.
The problem that started the thing off has gone away for most people, it seems. My own R7000P hasn't shown any annoying popups in quite some time.
So there may be something odd happening at your end, or your problem is not the same thing.
You might do better to start your own conversation.
