Help, my RBK 50 does not have Parental Control option at all (on app or web settings)

Hi: I have a RBK50 router (1 router with 1 satellite), but there's no parental control option available on the app or web based router settings.  I subscribed Circle, still no parental control optio...

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.

What mobile device are you using?
