How to allow Qustodio VPN through Orbi Parental Controls

I noticed my kids iPhone's don't work in Teen profile (VPN is blocked; with VPN blocked qustodio blocks everything else).

Works fine if I put their phones in an Adult profile (but I don't want to do that).

Would like to know how to allow Qustodio VPN (and only that VPN) through Orbi's Parental Controls for a Teen profile.
