I can get through to payment & once I submit it won't accept

Same issue here, when attempting to purchase I can get through to payment & once I submit it won't accept.

 

I've searched through the interwebz and found nothing, to the point I joined this community seeking answers from the powers that be.

 

Any help, muchly appreciated.
