I can't find the parental Controls option in the Orbi app

It doesn't show up on my app either. I have a feeling my model (RBR350) can't have Parental Controls. I have been researching all day, and I have to say the information from Netgear is totally inconsistent! 

e.g. here is a list of routers that support parental controls

I can only assume Orbi is dropping Parental Controls at some point after launching a product?
