MR60 parental controls
I have paid gor for the parental controls subscription. It worked "ok" for a while, then just quit well over a month ago. I have logged out, logged in, rebooted multiple times, Uninstalled, and reinst...
Be sure the NH mobile app is up to date.
Be sure FW on the MR and MS is up to date. Update the MS first, the MR lastly.
Try a factory reset and setup from scratch on the MR60.
Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
