MR60 Sattelite will not reset

One of my Nighthawk mesh WiFi 6 MR60 routers has a steady flashing light. I cannot reset it or change the flashing light. The other Sattelite is working fine.

      If you hardwire it into the router, are you able to see/access it? 

      Also, when its hardwired, check the firmware version its on. 

      What version is on the router? 

      and on the satellite?

    I had the same problem on 2/12/22. I had to do a firmwear update to get the MR60 working again. Fortunately, it was still under warranty and I was able to get assistance from Netgear tech support. I don't think I could have done it without support.
