System show that the Smart Parental Control trial period started Dec 18 2021 and ended January 17 2022. This means that contact is already expired.

- DMC001Jan 25, 2022TutorThanks Blanca. I am aware that the trial has expired. I have followed the steps that you have suggested and that is when I receive the “this plan is not available” under both the monthly and annual buttons.
Any other suggestions? Is the premium subscription available in Australia?
