Netgear Smart Parental Controls not functional

(Re-posting here now that I know there's a specific forum for Netgear Smart Parental Controls)   I'm currently running my Orbi RBK53 with firmware V2.7.2.104.  Two days ago I "upgraded" from Circle...

I would contact a forum moderator to see if it's supported on the RAX.

I appreciate you taking the time and due your suggestions.
I sent Christine a direct message concerning the issue but have yet to hear from her.
Just doing a search on the Web using RAX43 will confirm that Netgear Smart Parental control is offered with this model. Even the App had the same router picture.

    I'd be curious if you could try this with your router and see if PC appears for you or not:

    Go to advance tab, then use browser menu to "View" -> "Developer" -> "JavaScript Console"

    Type:

    click_adv_action('circle_parental');

    SPC is now working. Netgear ANZ have been able to resolve the problem and the app is working properly, displaying the Smart Parental Controls.
    This has restored my faith in Netgear.
    SPC enables me to set profiles, hr limits per application, weekend, weekdays over multiple devices.
    This is using the night hawkapp. Have not seen it working using the browser option yet.

    Hi IDraper,

     

    Glad its working now.

    SPC can only be managed via the Orbi or Nighthawk App. I don't know if they have plans to have us manage it via the router GUI.

    Hi, Is this still working for you? After firmware update I couldn't get Circle to be set up again without reinstalling everything and going back to previous version so I decided to try the SPC. I thought it was working only to realize that it isn't filtering the not allowed pages and even if I try to pause it won't work anymore? Very frustrating as support keeps disconnecting me.
