Hello All,
The Google Play 'My Time" app is functional and can be found by searching "my time by NETGEAR". Please retry this method to find the app if it was previously unsuccessful. Once you locate the app please follow the instructions from the previous post on how to use the 'My Time' app with your Orbi app.

Appologies for my previous reply sounding aggressive. I have been on the phone to Netgear for hours and I keep getting sent a link to MyTime which isnt there anymore. I dont know what more I can say or ask for.
I used to have the app on my sons old phone im not a new user, ive had it for a while. I just went to re-download to a new phone but the app is not in the AppStore anymore.
I have tried your step by step guide, when you get to step 8 the app is not there to download so I just stop dead at step 8.
It maybe not supported in the UK anymore, the device is a Samsung S23 so not an old device.
If someone can check the steps above, or try searching for it within the Android app store.

Nice one Rez, glad im not he only one. I thought it was me or my devices. Netgear Tech didnt understand the issue with the App not being there and kept sending me the non working link or getting me to go through the same steps from Kevin over and over again.
Hopefully its being put back on the store soon.
