No SPC option showing for RBK353 Orbi AX1800 WiFi 6

I was interested in the SPC option but can not see any sign of the tile for parental control on the dashboard to activate it.  I have tried the Orbi app on iPhone and Android (and reinstalled them). ...

Hi Trevmonk,

 

You can see the SPC tile in the Orbi app if the following conditions are met:

 

  • You are in a country where SPC is available https://kb.netgear.com/000063796/
  • Your NETGEAR single sign-on (SSO) account is registered to a country where SPC is available in your MyNETGEAR account profile settings
  • The NETGEAR SSO account that you use to log in to the Orbi app is the same account that your router is registered to
  • Your router isn’t in AP (access point) mode

If any of the preceding conditions aren’t met, the SPC tile doesn’t display and the Circle tile remains visible instead.
