Orbi -RBR 750 - Access controls no longer available

Thank you for your response.
The Access controls page was under the Security -> Access Controls (Advanced Tab). I've also looked on the Attached Devices page, but it does not exist there.
On the Orbi App, it is no were to be found. The Access Controls option was never there on the App.
Support stated the only option they can thin of is doing a reset to factory settings, which i will probably end up doing this weekend. But I'm going to continue to look for anyone that may have resolved this in other ways.

If Smart Parental controls were ever enabled thru the Orbi app, then Access Controls is removed from the WEB UI as SPC takes over thru Orbi app. Would probably need to factory reset the RBR and setup from scratch with a wired PC and web browser, don't use Orbi app or enable SPC.

Then Access Controls should re-appear on the RBRs web page.
