Orbi parental control
Hello,
When I bought my Orbi 2 last year I registered to the parental control service to test and I stop the subscription. Now I want to reactivate to have a better control of the internet for my children, but it seem impossible to do on the app. What can I do?
Thank you

The web interface on my Orbi has a menu item, Parental Controls, which has a button to upgrade to the new Smart Parental Controls.
Can you check your web interface?

(sorry, I was distracted by my local baseball team losing... again!)
The user manual for every Netgear product is available at the support web site:
https://www.netgear.com/support/
Enter the product number from the product label on the bottom of the router. (such as RBR750) and click on Documentation.
Generally speaking, all routers are the same:
- Open a web browser and enter http://orbilogin.net
- Enter the router user name (which is always "admin") and the router password, which should have been set when the system was set up. (brand new, every Orbi has a password of "password", and users are encouraged to change it.)
- This brings up the management interface in the web browser.
