Orbi Parental Controls Only Shows Limited History

I've recently subscribed to Orbi Parental Controls in order to monitor and limit my children's activity.  When using the app, I have set up profiles for specific devices, but when looking into the "History" tab, only the last 30 minutes to 1 hour of activity is presented, even if the device has been online an extended period time. Is this a "feature" or a "bug"? Is there anywhere on the app or web that retains the entire device history?

I have ensured my system is updated to the latest firmware.  I have done both hard and soft resets of my system.  I have checked results over multiple days, and the retained history is consistent.
