Firmware version: V2.7.3.22

 

Does a factory reset unwind all of the firmware updates?  I had to do several manual updates to get to recent firmware versions, so just curious.  I have not performed a factory reset since all of those updates several months ago.

No. Just clears out configurations and any lingering old FW code.

        So I did this and it worked fine. Parental controls have worked again for about a month and have now stopped working. I haven’t done any firmware updates and there are no news one currently either. Why does this keep happening?
