Orbi parental controls
I get an error when trying to toggle off ore tal controls (unable to toggle state SPC-DISABLE-FAIL) and also when I attempt to add a device to a profile. I want SPC on but was trying to troubleshoo...
I also am having this issue, except I now no longer have the ability for most devices to connect to the router. I am unable to disable Smart Parental Controls. When I attempt to DISABLE it, I get error: SPC-DISABLE-FAIL. I have tried to restart my router and am on the most recent firmware.
What Orbi model do you have?
What FW version is loaded on the Orbi system?
Try a factory reset and setup from scratch with out enabling SPC?
