It looks like Cloudfare’s DNS server is in fact filtering out the outrageously pornographic results. During my previous testing, I just have had a page of results cached and that was making Cloudfare’s filtering appear ineffective.
For example, an image search for “Dicks” returns images of Dicks Sporting Goods stores. This is good.
