I understand that you would like to enable SPC from your Android device.
To enable SPC from your Android device please do the following in your Orbi app:
HAMBURGER MENU > SETTINGS > PARENTAL CONTROLS > toggle ENABLE SMART PARENTAL CONTROLS
(PBA: A factory reset may be required )

I also have an RBR750 without parental controls. However, I have iOS and cannot see the tile within the app. The web interface isn't showing parental controls either. Just installed the latest app on my phone, the latest firmware on the Orbi RBR750, and all of this is from a factory reset last week. Any help would be great.

Can I know what's country are you located at?
Because smart parent control does not support in some country.

Oddly, a few days ago when logging into the orbi app I was presented with parental control options. I set them up, and the button now appear in the menu. Again, this was nearly a week after a factory reset and firmware update. There appears to be a delay in the processing of the parental controls after a factory reset. Additionally, before the options appeared I did some digging into the code on the web interface and could see that a CSS class was hiding the parentals controls button. So IDK what is going on with their firmware / gui but it's strange.
