Orbi RBR750 firmware 4.6.3.7_2.0.49
Nertgear released new firmware and release notes says.. Supports Smart Parental Controls (SPC) Any idea what this is and how to use it?

I have a RBK753 purchased from COSTOC.
Now it runs on V4.6.3.7_2.0.49 on all 3 units (One RBR750, two RBS750). I could not find SPC in either the Orbi mobile app, or the web UI.
I did a few things
- factory reset on the entire kit last night,
- uninstall/reinstall Orbi app on my android phone,
- clean up the storage/cache on my android phone,
- install Orbi app on my wife's iPhone.
It does not offer me with SPC.
Anyone know what else trick I should try, or help me debug this issue. Your input is appreciated.

I have the same problem. I have an Android phone with the Orbi app version 2.11.0.1661. The hardware Orbi RBR850 firmware version is v3.2.18.1. I do not see the Smart Parent Control tile.
What else can I try?
I would make contact with NG support and ask about this. I presume something on there side needs to be triggered on your account so it shows up on the Orbi app.

Thanks for the follow up. I almost forgot to update.
The NG support request some bug dump from my app, and asked a few other information regarding to my account and the router serial number, etc. It then starts to offer the SPC option via my android app a few days later. The issue now is fixed.
