Hello ClancyS,
Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!
I understand that you would like to use SPC to enhance control of the devices connected to your network. NETGEAR Smart Parental Controls (SPC) offers two premium subscription plans: $7.99 a month or $69.99 a year. Both of these subscriptions offer a 30-day free trial. The Orbi app can be used to activate and subscribe to SPC.
Please follow the steps below to activate and subscribe to SPC:
To start a subscription for SPC Premium:
1. Launch the Orbi.
2. Tap the Parental Controls tile.
3. Tap the "Your trial is expiring" banner at the top of your screen.
4. Tap See Pricing.
5. Choose a subscription plan.
6. Tap Get Started.
7. Fill in the required payment information.
8. Tap Place Your Order.
Best,
Kevin

Thanks - terluSep 02, 2023Aspirant
Hi there,
I have the RBR350, and would like to use the parental control.
I have checked that I have the latest firmware on the router (V4.4.1.29_3.10.80). I have also checked that all the conditions listed in this article (https://kb.netgear.com/000062988/Why-can-t-I-see-the-NETGEAR-Smart-Parental-Controls-tile-in-the-Orbi-or-Nighthawk-app-after-upgrading-to-the-latest-firmware) are met. Still, I can't see the SPC tile. Any idea on how to fix this?

Hello Community,
I understand there have been issues reported in regard to the SPC tile on the Orbi app.
The NETGEAR Smart Parental Controls tile does not display under the following conditions:
- Your router is in AP (access point) mode
- Your NETGEAR account is not registered in the US
- The account that you used to log in to your router does not match the NETGEAR account attached to your router.
Please ensure that you log in to your router using the account that you registered your Orbi with.
Best,
Kevin

Not checked the KB article good enough IMHO.
Even if trying hard, no RBR350/RBS350 or the like is listed on Which products support NETGEAR Smart Parental Controls?
SPC isn't part of the Data Sheet, QIG, or User Manual I'm afraid. Amazingly, no paid Netgear moderator was able to figure this out and reply accordingly since this and similar threads pop-ed up in the community.
