- No. I shouldn't have to do that to get basic functionality to work. Basic troubleshooting step. May need to clear things out and start fresh to ensure the system is configured and working well. Could be anything and we don't know what has been configured on the system by users. Also FW may be a cause and needs to be cleared out and start fresh to see if the problem continues or can be resolved. If not then this will need to be looked at by NG support.
Is the devices that are being controlled have a IP address reservation on the RBR?
- No, why is this necessary? Might need to set a reservation to ensure the system and configuration are working with the desired devices.

I called Neatgear support twice this week and both times, after I connected to a human, I was put on hold for 30+ minutes, and forced to drop in utter frustration. :smileyfrustrated:

Today, even before my son returned from school, his devices managed to use 3 hours and 20 minutes. The funny thing is that his limit is 3 hours. :smileyvery-happy:, so somehow the devices managed to use more time than the Orbi should allow.
